SOME THOUGHTS ON FASHION

I love fashion photography for the wide range of expression that becomes possible with the right models, hair, makeup, wardrobe, and set. I like to carve out characters utilizing all of these tools into a cohesive story line. I believe that the ever-changing nature of fashion is reflective of each culture's evolution and find that fashion photography is one of the most dynamic forms of documenting that. Much like how history books record an account of civilizations, fashion photography does so for our visual culture.
